Biography
Emily Rose is a Utah based singer, songwriter, and pianist. Her main music style is acoustic indie, though she is also versed in other genres such as country, classic rock, pop, jazz, theater, and alternative rock. Emily's live performances are intimate and inviting, and her original music is creative and relatable.
She comes from a small town in central Utah where she grew up experiencing multiple faucets of music in her community.
She graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor's degree in commercial music. During her time at school, Emily completed many projects she's proud of, such as several produced original songs, an original score for a short film, and a music video. Her teachers and peers have praised her skill, drive, creativity, and personality. She currently performs original songs and popular song covers at local venues such as Dalton's Steakhouse and the Roll Up Crepe. She also continues to write and record new original songs.
Emily is a kind, quirky, and creative individual with the initiative to achieve. Besides music, Emily also loves spending time with her friends and family, hiking, and watching movies.
